If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All purchases are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
